Shipping & Returns

Here’s how we get your order to you as safely and quickly as possible:

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after you place your order. Orders are not processed over the weekend or federal holidays. Processing time does not include shipping/transit time.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

After your order is processed, Flat Rate Shipping on domestic orders typically arrives within 2-5 business days after you receive your shipping notification.*

*Shipping delays may occur in transit and are associated directly with the mail carrier. They are outside of our control. We do our best to process your order quickly to offset potential shipping delays.

“FREE SHIPPING” Promotion

Free shipping is a promotion.

It does not imply that any mail shipping carrier (UPS, USPS, DHL, etc.) will ship or have shipped your order for free. 

We absorb the initial cost of shipping as part of this promotion. Therefore, outbound shipping & handling fees from your original order are non-refundable.

Actual shipping & handling costs will be deducted from any eligible refund.

Orders between $50 - $999.99 are eligible for this “Free Shipping” promotion. Orders over $1,000 are considered bulk and require special packing & shipping arrangements, and are excluded from this “Free Shipping” promotion.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We do not offer international shipping at this time.

DAMAGED UPON RECEIPT

Damage in transit is outside our control, but we will replace or refund items damaged during shipment. Please send a photo of the damage within 3 days of your delivery confirmation (as determined by the shipping carrier).

You may email that photo to damaged@spokenflames.com

WRONG ADDRESS/RETURNED TO SENDER

Please double-check the shipping address in the shipping confirmation email you receive immediately after placing an order. 

Shipping carriers, unfortunately, do not reimburse the cost for the original shipment—even if it’s returned to the sender. In fact, some shipping carriers (UPS) charge an additional fee for return shipping on items Returned to Sender.

Outbound shipping fees are non-refundable. Shipping & handling costs will be deducted from any eligible refund. A second shipping fee will be required to re-ship. 

RETURN POLICY

Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges.

FLASH SALE/FINAL SALE

Items marked ‘Sale’ or that are featured on sale or in a Flash Sale are all final sale and are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges.

MY PACKAGE NEVER ARRIVED

Mail carriers on the field sometimes prematurely scan and mistime tracking info. Unfortunately, this is outside our control. So please wait up to 48 hours (and be sure to check surrounding areas and with your neighbors!).

If your package still hasn’t arrived after 48 hours, please get in touch with the mail carrier (associated with your tracking number) to open a missing mail claim. Contacting the mail carrier is the fastest way to open an investigation.
