FREE STANDARD SHIPPING
We offer free standard shipping on all domestic orders between $75 - $999.99. Orders over $1,000 are considered bulk and require special packing & shipping arrangements, and are excluded from this Free Shipping offer.
We offer international shipping only to Canada at this time. In a different country? Please email us directly if you’re interested in placing an order!
DAMAGE UPON RECEIPT
We pack all orders securely and adhere Fragile/Glass stickers to each box. Damage in transit is outside of our control. However, we will replace or refund products that were damaged during shipment. Please submit a photo of the damage within 3 days of delivery confirmation (as determined by the shipping carrier).

WRONG MAILING ADDRESS/RETURNED TO SENDER
We ship via USPS and UPS. Please double check the shipping address in the shipping confirmation email you receive immediately after placing an order.
Shipping carriers unfortunately DO NOT reimburse the cost for the original shipment, even if it’s returned to sender. A second shipping fee is required to re-ship.
We are not responsible for an incorrect address entered at Checkout.
If your order is returned to sender, you may pay the cost to re-ship to the new address you provide; email us directly. Your order will re-ship within 2 business days (excl. holidays and weekends) after your original order is received back at our Brooklyn studio.
REFUNDS, RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We carefully inspect all products before they are shipped. Used candles cannot be returned or refunded.
