DOMESTIC SHIPPING

After your order is processed, StandardĀ Shipping on all domestic orders typically arrive within 2-3 business days after you receive your shipping notification.*

*Shipping carriersĀ are experiencing delays due to high volumes of mail. This is out of our control. But! We do our absolute best to processĀ your order quickly to offset potential shipping delays.

FREE STANDARDĀ SHIPPING

WeĀ offer free standard shipping on all domestic orders between $44 - $999.99.Ā Orders over $1,000 are considered bulk and require specialĀ packingĀ & shipping arrangements, andĀ are excluded from this Free Shipping offer.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We offer international shipping only to Canada at this time.Ā In a different country? Please email us directly if youā€™re interested in placing an order!

WRONG MAILING ADDRESS/RETURNED TO SENDER

We ship via USPS and UPS. We are not responsibleĀ for an incorrect address entered at Checkout.Ā Please double checkĀ the shipping address inĀ the shipping confirmation email you receive immediately after placing an order.Ā 

Shipping carriers unfortunatelyĀ DO NOTĀ reimburse the cost for the original shipment, even if itā€™s returned to sender. A second shipping fee is required to ship a second time.

If your order is returned to sender, you may payĀ the cost toĀ re-ship to the new address you provide;Ā email us directly. Your order will re-ship within 2 business days (excl. holidays and weekends) after your original order is received back at our Brooklyn studio.

REFUNDS, RETURNSĀ & EXCHANGES

We carefully inspect all products before they are shipped.Ā 

Used candles cannot be returned or refunded. However, we will replace or refund products that were damaged during shipment.Ā Please submit a photo of theĀ damage within 5 days of delivery confirmation (as determined by the shipping carrier).
